Pastor Will & Franki Carson

Pastor Will and his wife Franki came to serve as Lead Pastors at RCOG in March of 2020. Together they have been serving as Lead Pastors since 2011, after years of ministry as Student Pastors beginning in 1999.

They are proud parents of four children—William, Levi, Jasper, and Anaclaire—who keep them busy with school, activities, and family life. Their hearts are to grow spiritually, to impact the community God has placed them in, and to lead others to the cross of Christ.

Will and Franki lead with compassion and vision, believing that God has called RCOG to be a church where people can truly belong, be transformed, and live on mission for Christ.
